These Terms of Service form an agreement between you (the "Client") and Muhammad Sajid, operating as Code By Sajid (the "Developer"), regarding your use of this website and any web development services provided. By engaging my services, you acknowledge that you've read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

Payment Terms and Billing

Payment terms and conditions for my services:

Project deposits are typically 30“40% of the total project cost
Milestone payments are due upon completion of agreed-upon deliverables
Final payment is due before project delivery or launch
All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed
Refunds are subject to the project stage and work already completed

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project completion
Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
Provide access to necessary accounts, platforms, and resources
Pay invoices according to agreed-upon payment terms
Respect intellectual property and proprietary information

Intellectual Property and Ownership

Ownership and usage rights for developed materials:

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables built specifically for your project
I retain ownership of my own reusable tools, frameworks, and methodologies
I may showcase completed projects in my portfolio unless confidentiality is agreed otherwise
Third-party software, plugins, and libraries remain subject to their own respective licenses

Confidentiality

I take confidentiality seriously and commit to:

Keeping your proprietary project information confidential
Signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) when requested
Not disclosing sensitive business information to third parties without consent

Limitation of Liability

Important limitations regarding liability:

I'm not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service
I'm not responsible for third-party service failures or downtime (hosting, domains, plugins, etc.)
Clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups once a project is delivered
I don't guarantee specific business results or revenue increases

Warranties and Guarantees

I stand behind the quality of my work, with a few honest limits:

Quality Guarantee

I guarantee my work will be of professional quality and meet the agreed-upon specifications.

Bug Fixes

I provide 14“30 days of free bug fixes after project delivery, depending on project scope.

No Warranty

Beyond the above, services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Project Timeline and Delivery

Project timelines are estimates based on the information provided at the start of the project. Delays caused by client feedback, missing content, or change requests may extend the timeline — I'll always communicate anticipated delays promptly. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Changes and Revisions

Included Revisions

Minor adjustments within the original agreed scope are included at no extra cost.

Scope Changes

Major changes beyond the original scope require additional time and cost, agreed in writing.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services under the following conditions: 14 days' written notice; all work completed up to termination must be paid for; non-payment constitutes grounds for immediate termination; termination fees may apply depending on project stage.

Support and Maintenance

Post-launch support and maintenance are available through separate agreements. Support packages can include bug fixes, security updates, performance optimization, and technical assistance — just reach out to discuss a plan tailored to your project.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If that doesn't resolve the issue, disputes will be settled through mutually agreed arbitration, with each party bearing their own legal costs unless otherwise determined.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these terms shall be brought in the courts of Pakistan.

Amendments to Terms

I reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted to this page. Continued use of this website or my services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms — I'd recommend reviewing this page periodically.
